Renaissance Planting

Parks are selected each year to receive grant funding to re-plant trees damaged by vandalism or by pests. The City of Modesto and the Greater Modesto Tree Foundation, Inc. plan the Renaissance Tree Planting Projects on an “as needed” basis. Volunteers plant trees on Saturdays in the fall and spring.
